5 Ways SEOs Can Use ChatGPT – Whiteboard Friday

The last way I recommend using ChatGPT for SEO is to create your custom tools. I think one of the biggest benefits is that ChatGPT enables us to be a community of developers and build technical solutions, regardless of our technical background. For example, you could actually let ChatGPT create your own custom Chrome extension. With limited coding knowledge, I was able to create a Chrome extension that extracts basic information like the page title, H1 tags, and publish date – all in about 30 minutes and with a little debugging.

And you could also create your own Chrome extension that truly suits your unique needs as a search marketer. Additionally, you can use it to create tools to scale your own processes. With ChatGPT, we’ve actually created our own Google Sheets function that passes information through Google or through the open API, through CGPT’s open API. Basically, in the Sheets feature, you can create custom title tags and meta descriptions using ChatGPT and drag and drop them directly into Google Sheets. So I think there are a lot of really great use cases for ChatGPT when it comes to SEO, even beyond just creating new content. There are lots of really creative ways to use these tools. I believe that the SEOs who embrace this and learn how to use these tools will be the ones who will truly succeed in the long run.
