Apple honors the winners of the 2024 App Store Awards
Apple celebrates the best apps and games of the year by recognizing 17 talented developers for exceptional experiences in the App Store
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA Apple today announced the winners of the 2024 App Store Awards, recognizing 17 apps and games that have helped users unleash their creativity, reach new milestones and cherish everyday moments with family and friends. This year’s winning developers have created apps and games that have improved users’ lives and influenced culture around the world. From solo entrepreneurs to multinational teams, these App Store Award winners have been selected 45 finalists from App Store editors for demonstrating the highest level of user experience, design and innovation.

The winning apps and games demonstrate the endless possibilities in the App Store and the Apple ecosystem. cinema shows users what moviegoing life can be like through its movie-inspired filters and advanced controls. Moises enables musicians on iPad to hone their craft with powerful AI tools Lightroom stands out on Mac for its transformative photo editing features. Lumy on the Apple Watch helps users embrace the patterns of the sun and find the magic in every day F1 TV offers fans immersive racing experiences at home.
In the gaming category AFK trip offers gamers on iPhone action-packed, tactical adventures and rich storylines. Squad Busters combines competition with feel-good fun through exciting multiplayer gameplay and Thank God you’re here! provides non-stop laughter with funny and silly skits. And further Apple ArcadeBalatro+ reinvents the rules of the card game with every new hand.
This year’s inaugural Apple Vision Pro category winners pushed the boundaries of spatial computing with immersive experiences and intuitive controls. What if…? An immersive story welcomes users to a world of limitless possibilities in the Marvel Universe while experiencing the sights and sounds of THRASHER: Arcade Odyssey take players into colorful, cosmic worlds.
