Apple launches camera repair program for iPhone 14 Plus

Apple today announced the start a new repair program for the iPhone 14 Additionally, a camera issue is fixed. According to Apple, a “very small percentage” of ‌iPhone 14‌ Plus devices do not display a preview of an image taken with the rear camera.

Affected devices were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024 and Apple has a Serial number checker so users can check if they have one iPhone That could be affected by this issue.

‌iPhone 14‌ Plus models that have the camera bug will be fixed by Apple for free. Apple says affected users can contact an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance, with a mail-in option also available.

The new program will cover eligible ‌iPhone 14‌ Plus models for three years after the device’s initial sale, and those who have already paid for rear camera repairs can contact Apple for a refund.
