ShipStation releases Dropship Manager. ShipStation, the ecommerce shipping platform, released Dropship Manager to streamline and automate dropship order fulfillment. Key features include order routing, real-time order status updates between dropship managers and their suppliers, as well as brand tracking and custom email domain capabilities to maintain a high level of customer communication with a seamless experience. In addition, dropship managers can invite their suppliers to the platform.
Loop launches ROI benchmarking app. Loop, a returns management platform, has released a free returns benchmarking app on the Shopify App Store. The app allows merchants to unlock key return dates and automatically compare them to similar brands in an easy-to-use dashboard to improve the post-purchase experience. Once installed, the app automatically pulls merchant returns data to compare against industry benchmarks, including refund rate, top products refunded, and time to repeat purchase.
Wix and Stripe bring Tap to Pay on iPhone to US retailers. Wix, a platform for building, managing and growing a website, has partnered with Stripe to offer Tap-to-Pay on iPhone for US-based Wix merchants. With the Wix Owner app and a compatible iPhone, merchants can accept and process contactless payments through Wix with just one iPhone from contactless credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and other digital wallets.
AfterShip introduces upsell and cross-sell tools for Shopify merchants. AfterShip, an e-commerce customer experience platform, has announced the launch of upsell and cross-sell tools for Shopify storefronts. Powered by artificial intelligence, AfterShip Personalization offers offers on the product, cart, post-purchase, and checkout pages and is available exclusively to Shopify Plus merchants. The new product supports all Shopify themes, including customized versions.
Sure introduces Retrace to embed insurance quotes in one click. Sure, an insurance technology provider, has launched Retrace, which allows online retailers to offer insurance and protection to their customers with one click. HubSpot introduces AI-powered productivity tools. HubSpot has introduced two new AI tools – Content Assistant and ChatSpot.ai – to help its customers optimize connections with their contacts. Powered by OpenAI, Content Assistant, and ChatSpot.ai help marketing and sales teams create and share quality content in minutes by suggesting blog titles about a product or service, and then a full blog post outline and a Generate text copy for this title and the web pages, sales and marketing emails, and knowledge base articles.
F5 is partnering with Visa to reduce enrollment friction. F5 has partnered with Visa to help merchants securely reduce friction in customer sign-up. F5 Distributed Cloud Authentication Intelligence uses artificial intelligence and behavioral analysis to recognize returning customers, eliminating the need for them to log in with a username and password. Traders can also access fraud prevention and bot detection to protect the entire trading journey rather than just at checkout.
Link-in-bio platform Koji is launching a new e-book app. Koji, a link-in-bio platform and social media app store, has launched an updated e-book and audiobook feature to enable selling and sharing e-books, PDFs, or audiobooks directly from a link in bio to simplify out. BigCommerce’s BOPIS offering includes new and updated APIs for building custom experiences. BOPIS is now available as a multi-location inventory feature for corporate dealers.
